Dr. Zakaria Hakma is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. He specializes in minimally invasive and conventional spine procedures, including kyphoplasty, spinal tumors, and both operative/non-operative spinal conditions. Dr. Hakma is also among an elite group of dual-trained vascular neurosurgeons able to perform conventional brain neurosurgery as well as minimally invasive endovascular neurosurgery for conditions such as aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), brain tumors, carotid and intracranial artery stenosis, and stroke.

He leads the surgical program at the Comprehensive Spine Center and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Drexel University College of Medicine.
Dr. Hakma is widely published in the areas of aneurysm, stroke, carotid artery disease and other highly complex conditions of the brain and spine. He lectures at leading neurosciences conferences.

Jacqueline Walker (Jackie) is a Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience focused on spine surgery. She is based at the GNI Redeemer Health Comprehensive Spine Center, a clinical partnership between Redeemer Health and Global Neurosciences Institute. She works side by side with the orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons, as well as seeing patients independently. She provides patients with a customized experience tailored to their specific spinal issues. Jackie brings with her a vast knowledge having previously worked at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), Penn State, and West Virginia University.
Jackie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Lockhaven University.

Dr. Atom Sarkar is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr Sarkar is well published in the field of functional neurosurgery and lectures globally. He is a world leader in olfactory and gustatory function as well being co-director of the country’s only speech tremor center. He specializes in functional neurosurgery and spine surgery, subspecializing in movement disorders and seizure surgery. His clinical interests include functional neurosurgery (deep brain stimulation and epilepsy surgeries). ​​​​​​
Scott Strenger, MD, FACS, FAANS, CPE

Dr. Strenger provides general brain and spine neurosurgical services. He specializes in microsurgical and minimally invasive techniques for cerebral and spinal disorders with an emphasis on spinal surgery. Dr. Strenger is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and has been awarded Fellowship status in the American College of Surgeons and American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Strenger is currently Assistant Professor, Neurosurgery, at the Drexel University College of Medicine.​​
